The Blocker by Maine writer R.L. Snyder

R.L. Snyder

R. L. Snyder is a veteran having spent twenty-four years in the U.S. Army. Upon retirement from the service he began a new career teaching high school. He is a graduate of The University of Akron with a BS in Technical Education.

He enjoys writing for the young and the not so young and is a strong believer that YA has nothing to do with what it says on your driver’s license.

The Blocker is his second novel. His first, Branwen, is a retelling of the legend of the Sword-in-the-Stone narrated by a young girl who experienced it all.

He lives in Gorham with his wife and younger son.
