Kathleen A. Fox

Kathleen A. Fox is an award-winning author of three books, a former assistant professor at the University of Southern Maine, a former adjunct professor at the University of Maine at Orono and the University College at Rockland, and a well-known artist on the St. George peninsula in Maine.

As an artist, she continues to document the boats, landscapes, and lives of the fishermen and women of midcoast Maine in her annually produced calendar, Fishermen of Midcoast Maine. A prize-winning poet, she has won awards for all three of her  books: The Good, Beowulf of Maine, and My Teddy Bear Says. Kathleen has a doctorate in social welfare, and she lives and works in Tenants Harbor and Port Clyde, Maine.
