Loie Rawding

Loie Rawding grew up on Cliff Island, Maine. She received her MFA from the University of Colorado and served as Fiction Editor of Timber Journal. Her work has received international attention in Heavy Feather Review, The Ekphrastic Review (Toronto), NATIVE Magazine, SAND (Berlin), and Map Literary, among others. In 2016, Loie was nominated for a Pushcart Prize. She has been a fellow at the Tin House Summer Workshop and the Martha's Vineyard Creative Writing Institute. She is currently a Teaching Artist with The Porch Writers Collective in Nashville, Tennessee. Her debut novel, Tight Little Vocal Cords, will be released from Kernpunkt Press in 2020.
